Do you upload my files?

No. The tools run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your files never leave your device, ensuring complete privacy and security.

Is my data stored anywhere?

No, we don't store any of your files or extracted text. The processing happens entirely in your browser, and everything is cleared once you close or refresh the page.

Technical Issues

Why is PDF → Text blank or garbled?

Your PDF may be a scanned image without selectable text. Browser-based extraction works only on digital PDFs that contain text layers. We're working on adding OCR support for scanned documents in the future.

Which browsers are supported?

We support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. If you experience issues, try updating your browser or using a different one.

How big can my files be?

File size is limited by your device's memory and browser capabilities. Very large PDFs may process slowly or fail. If you encounter issues, try splitting the file into smaller chunks.

Features & Usage

Can I extract specific pages?

Yes! On the PDF → Text page, you can enter a page range like 1-3,5,8 to extract only those specific pages.

Is it really free?

Yes, our basic tools are completely free with no account required. We may offer premium features in the future, but the core functionality will remain free.

Do you offer batch processing?

Currently, our tools process one file at a time. Batch processing is on our roadmap for future updates.
